Use of trackle data
What do we use your data for?
By voluntarily consenting to the use of your data, you allow trackle GmbH to use your data pseudonymously for the following purposes:
To conduct scientific studies to validate the features of Trackle, to research and further develop the methods of natural family planning, to better understand menstrual cycles and the effects of life circumstances and diseases. In order to conduct such studies, it may be necessary to share pseudonymised data with scientific partners. We ensure that no conclusions can be drawn about individuals.
Further development and review of trackle evaluation: We evaluate data sets to ensure that trackle is working properly and to understand what can be improved. For this purpose, we also use pseudonymised data and cannot draw any conclusions about individuals.
What data do we use for evaluation?
We use temperature data measured by the Trackle sensor. We also use data that has arisen in connection with your use of trackle: User input on bleeding, cervical mucus, disorders, etc. We explicitly exclude the use of data entered in the notes field. All data is used pseudonymously.
Only data collected after consent has been given will be used. This data is collected and stored by us exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes. The data can only be viewed and processed by authorised persons of trackle GmbH or scientific partners.
We expressly exclude the transfer of data to commercially oriented third parties, to platforms, for use for marketing purposes, for the creation of profiles or for other purposes
What rights do you have with regard to your data?
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent via the data usage profile information on the red tab in the Trackle app. You can also send an informal email to info@trackle.de. A revocation has no influence on previous data processing operations.
