Use of trackle data

By voluntarily consenting to the use of your data, you authorize trackle GmbH to use your pseudonymised data for scientific purposes and for the further development of the trackle and symptothermic method.

The lack of consent does not affect the functioning of the trackle system. This voluntary consent to the use of data does not affect the evaluation of user data to determine the cycle as described in the Terms.

What do we use your data for?

By voluntarily consenting to the use of your data, you allow trackle GmbH to use your data in a pseudonymous manner for the following purposes:

Conducting research to validate the properties of Trackle, research and further develop natural family planning methods, better understand menstrual cycles, and the impact of life circumstances and disease. In order to carry out such research, it may be necessary to share pseudonymised data with scientific partners. We make sure that no conclusions can be drawn about individuals.

Further development and verification of the trackle rating: We evaluate the datasets to make sure the trackle is working properly and to understand what can be improved. We also use pseudonymised data for this purpose and cannot draw any conclusions about individual persons.

What data is used for the evaluation?

We use temperature data measured by the Trackle sensor. We also use data generated in connection with the use of trackle by the user: Information entered by users regarding bleeding, cervical mucus, disorders, etc. We expressly exclude the use of data entered in the comments field. All data is used pseudonymously.

Only data collected after consent will be used. This data is collected and stored by us only for the above-mentioned purposes. This data may only be viewed and processed by authorized persons of trackle GmbH or its scientific partners.

We expressly exclude the transmission of data to commercially oriented third parties, platforms, for marketing, profiling or other purposes.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

The user has the right to obtain information about the origin, recipient and purpose of the stored data free of charge at any time. The user also has the right to request that this data be corrected, blocked or deleted.

The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent via the Red Card Data Usage Profile information in the Trackle app. You can also send an informal email to info@trackle.de. The revocation does not affect the previous data processing operations.
